A few lessons, delivered by email on a schedule that runs from each member's own enrolment rather than from a date in your calendar.

Members answer a quiz to move on
The next lesson can wait until this one's quiz is answered. In Gmail members answer inside the message itself; everywhere else the same quiz arrives with a link to answer on the web.

On completion, each member receives a certificate by email that they can add to their CPD record.

What a completion leaves behind
Certificates that say what the CPD was worth
The member's name, the course, your organisation as the issuing institution and the date. Alongside those you can print up to four fields of your own, such as "CPD value" and "2 hours", or "Points" and "3".
Each certificate keeps the values as they stood on the day it was issued, so revising a course never rewrites one already out.
A number and a code to check it by
Every certificate carries a unique number and a QR code, both pointing at the page that shows it. An employer or a regulator can verify a member's claim without going through your office.
Records you can export
Learner progress, the delivery log and a completion summary, each as a CSV you can take into whatever holds your CPD records. Per-question quiz results are in the app beside them.
Separate tracks for different members
Run a course per group rather than one course for everybody: early careers and experienced members on their own tracks, each with its own lessons and its own certificate.

Nothing for a member to log into
No accounts, no logins
Members never sign in. Lessons, quizzes and the certificate all reach them as email, so there is no password for your office to reset.
Connects to your membership system
Enrol members from the system that already holds them, through the Inbox Academy Zapier app.

The delivery engine is django-email-learning, which is open source and readable by anyone you ask to review it.
